The waist drum is a traditional instrument and musical art in northern Shaanxi, China. People often play this interesting type of drum to celebrate festive occasions. Jiangsu Huaxia Plastic Industry has combined its forward-thinking packaging designs with the shape of this time-honoured instrument to create its new line of Waist Drum Jars (the YD series) which captures the essence of this Chinese form.

The YD series is mainly used for packaging products of all sorts within the personal care or cosmetic spaces, such as creams or UV-gels meant for skin care. Curved like a woman's waist, the jar gives and air of elegance and luxury. With the silver or golden trim around the cup, the jar also offers shininess and is very attractive. As the jars are made of acrylic for the outer layer, they are strong enough to withstand daily use and impacts, though the PP of the inner layer makes the jars resistant to various types of natural chemical products. In light of these features, the waist drum jar is desirable for high-end beauty products.

According to the needs of the market, the jars are currently available in three capacities, 15ml, 30ml, and 50ml. Of course,if customer has special requirement,customization would be also available.
