Hamer Packaging Technology manufactures a comprehensive range of thermoforming machines for disposable plastic packaging in addition to the automatic blister lines. The company has been in operation for more than 30 years and is represented by sales partners in more than 12 countries.

Hamer Packaging Technology has recently released a BPC23 model of automatic blisterpack machine. The BPC23 rounds up the Hamer Packaging BPC series of form-fill and sealing lines primarily oriented to non food packaging, such as accessories, arts, home and personal care products and pharmacy…

BPC blister lines manufactured by Hamer Packaging Technology integrate all necessary operations involved in blister manufacturing. The forming of the blisters starting from a plastic web, the feeding area where the operator places the product inside each blister, up to the sealing of the package -either against a back film or cardboard-, then, the perimeter gets cut immediately after the sealing press.

All relevant operational parameters are controlled via touch-screen and saved in the integrated PLC.

BPC blister lines have three models, being the main difference between them in the forming area. BPC23 has a maximum forming area of 300x200 mm which is the smallest. Next in line is the BPC25 (350x250mm) and then BPC35 (500x350mm). BPC23 is the first choice for anyone who is dealing with short and medium runs of blister packaging of any kind.

Features of the BPC23:

  • Sturdy construction, designed from scratch.
  • Low cost operation, extremely low mechanical maintenance.
  • Quick tool set change-over.
  • PLC operated, touch-screen controlled.
  • EU safety rules compliance.
