Italian firm Giurgola Stampi has released new high-quality molds that offer some of the most precise results on the market when it comes to drink caps.  With dazzling stats backing up performance, the new molds are easy to install in existing systems and offer incredible results.

The molds, producing 38mm caps, are intended for use on a hot fill HDPE line, and cycle at an amazing 6 seconds on 32 cavities.  With machines set in good order, we're talking about molds than can create 320 caps per minute, each nearly flawless if the machinery is maintained correctly.

They take up little space compared to other precision molds (546x796x647) and are composed of some of the best materials available for molding today.  The main core is composed of hardened steel and beryllium copper for the threaded insert, while the S-fast slide system is composed of hardened steel, offering a 4-sector slide that's fast and exact.
