C-FIT is a new energy-efficient mould technology developed by Momexx Mould Making Experts.  The new technology can be put in place on existing or new lines to ensure maximum line efficiency, waste reduction, and lower injection presures, among a variety of other advantages.

By utilizing C-FIT technology, savings are realized by:

• Ensuring less wall thickness, which results in faster cooling
• Using less plastic (up to 50%), reducing waste
• Lowering injection pressure, which results in less clamping force (up to 50%)
• Shortening cycle times (up to 50%)

This means that in specific situations, energy savings can increase anywhere between 50% - 60%.  Using this sustainable innovation, companies can encounter significant cost savings.  Also:
