Private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg LLC, New York, in Central Europe represented by Lindsay Goldberg Vogel GmbH, has acquired Plasticum Group B.V., the Netherlands. The Competition Authorities have already approved the acquisition, that has been fully financed with own equity capital.

Italian company, Giurgola Stampi has inaugurated its new head office premises of over 2000 square metres. Established in the early 1980's, the company is considered a solid point of reference in the design and manufacture of moulds for plastic materials and has directed its production technology to the the production of injection moulds for high production of caps, threaded closures and dispensers of every shape and kind, to reach a position of leadership in the market.
