    The internal construction of the airless containers internal reservoir is comprised of highly compatible PP with an external layer injected over it made of Surlyn. Together, the materials offer a number of benefits, including elegance, lightness, resistance to scratching and shattering. In short, the Air Luxe line offers the presentation and functionality of a glass container without the shortcomings normally associated with the material.

    With a capacity of 30ml, the Air Luxe line is an excellent size for beauty products. The dispensing even works well with dense or viscous products, such that thick creams and gels are easily evacuated in precise doses.

The restitution rate of the line is >95%, and it can be top-filled just like most other plastic bottles on a line, without the need for intensive machine recalibration. As per Eurovetrocap's extensive decoration offering, Air Luxe can take advantage of a large selection of unique and innovative customization options, including the possibility of including decoration on the both internal and external walls to give a 3D effect. The internal reservoir can even be coloured with masterbatch, without using varnishing, offering a simple way to decorate while incorporating cost reduction.
