The Board of Albéa S.A. has appointed three non-executive independent directors. Gilles Andrier, Edgar Huber and Joseph Euteneuer have joined its Board of Directors as non-executive directors as of November 3, 2014.
Gilles Andrier has been Chief Executive Officer of Givaudan, world leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, since 2005. Gilles joined Givaudan in 1993 as Fragrance Division Controller and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. He then held various positions in the US and in Europe, before being appointed Head of Fine Fragrances, Europe in 2001 and then Global Head of Fine Fragrances in 2003. Prior to that, he worked with Accenture in management consulting.
Edgar Huber is Chief Executive Officer and President of Lands' End, premier source of apparel and gear for women, kids and the home. Edgar has more than 20 years experience with international brands. Before joining Lands' End, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Business Development for Liz Claiborne Inc. and President of Juicy Couture. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with L'Oréal where he held several senior management positions, including President of the Luxury Products Division in the US and Europe.
Joseph (Joe) Euteneuer has been Chief Financial Officer of Sprint since 2011. Prior to joining Sprint, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Qwest Communications, from 2008 until its merger with CenturyLink. Before Qwest, Joe was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of XM Satellite Radio Holdings; prior to that, he held various management positions at Comcast Corp., Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
