PackSys Global will soon be highlighting its 360°seam^TM and Inviseam® technologies running on the latest cosmetic tube equipment.

In recent years, laminate tubes for cosmetic applications have represented a significant breakthrough for the cosmetic industry. As major players in the cosmetic industry are increasingly changing their tubes to this technology, the term Cosmetic Laminate Tube (CLT) has been adopted. PackSys Global has been at the forefront of CLT technology for the last decade, and is seen as the inventor of this technology with the launch of its AMS side-seamer in 2004.

Living its motto, ‘Creating Packaging Technology’, PackSys Global presents its latest cosmetic tube offerings at this year’s K-2013, including the new 360°seam technology, the latest development in cost effective Cosmetic Laminate Tube technology. This technology produces cosmetic laminate tubes with 360° printing.

PackSys Global will be showcasing its 360°seam and Inviseam technologies at the upcoming K-2013, October 16-23 in Hall 3/ Booth C92.

The fully automatic in-line beverage closure pull-off tester

capLAB is an in-line, automatic integrated unit for testing the functionality of a closure’s tamper evident band. In optional combination with a vision inspection system which can select closures by cavity number, capLAB takes samples from the slitting / folding machine outfeed and measures in-line the pull-off strength of the closure’s TE band.
