Alpha Packaging has built a prototype tool for a fourth size of Large Indented Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Rounds for nutritional powders. The new 1500cc canister joins Alpha’s 2000cc, 2500cc and 3000cc Indented Rounds. All four bottles are built off the same 141 gram preform and feature a 110-400 continuous thread neck; the new 1500cc bottle currently exists as a unit cavity prototype, but Alpha could build production tooling in a matter of weeks if a customer is interested in the new size.
