Originally called Queen Chemical (a small family firm with one factory) the company grew up to become a medium-sized enterprise focussing on the colour cosmetic packaging market, with the addition of skin care packaging in 2000.

The Ching Fon Timeline:

1965  Mr. Chiang establishes the company.
1993  Investment in a large number of public & private moulds.
1996  Establishment of a sister company for finished cosmetic products.
1997  Expansion into a new building in Taipei County.
2002  Set up a branch locaton in Wuxi (near Shanghai), China.
2006  2nd sister company for cosmetic and make-up kits incorporated into the group.
2008  Patented plastic mascara brushes.
