| Cosmoprof Asia is organised by Cosmoprof Asia Ltd, a joint venture company between UBM Asia Ltd, the leading business-to-business trade show organiser in Asia, and BolognaFiere Group, owner of the Bologna fairground and of the trademark COSMOPROF, the premier beauty event launched in 1967 in Italy. The Cosmoprof Asia event, being held in Hong Kong, is the most important trade platform in the Asia Pacific region for business-to-business suppliers and the world’s second most important event after Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna for the complete spectrum of beauty industry professionals through the cosmetics, wellness, spa, hair care, skincare, nail, product development and packaging sectors. Last year, in it's 15th edition, Cosmoprof Asia brought together 1,633 exhibitors from 34 countries/ regions including 18 national and group pavilions in a space of over 57,000 square metres. The exhibition saw 45,104 visitors from across the world. | The 16th edition will be held from 9-11 November, 2011 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. All halls will be opened up for the 5 themed sectors: Perfumery, Cosmetics & Toiletries; Natural Health (dietary supplements, traditional medicine, raw materials, health food & beverages); Beauty Salon (professional beauty salon, spa, nail products and equipment); Hair Salon (hair products, equipment and salon furnishings); Pack & OEM (packaging, raw materials, machinery and contract manufacturing). | |
