Coster Orbit spray cap meets the demands of the cosmetic market for new design and colours.

Orbit can be equipped with micromist insert, directional insert or insert for gel.

It is available for press down valves with stem Ø 3.9 mm, for Ø 45, 49 e 52 mm necked-in tin plate cans and Ø 50 e 53 mm Cebal Transfer alu-cans.

Orbit can be supplied with any of the usual Coster inserts, including AP inserts; for a softer action, can be combined with a newly-developed 1” laser-drilled stem aerosol valve.

Unlimited possibilities of colour combinations:

The spray-channel presents an oval finger pad, together with an oval (orbit-shape) spray nozzle front. The separate arrangement of spray-channel finger pad and outer cap offers unlimited possibilities to combine different colours.

To satisfy the increased demand for transparent and trans-lucent colour variations and to ensure transparency, the core of the mould is polished.

Visible tamper-tag:

To meet customer demand, Orbit spray cap is fitted with a newly-developed and visible tamper-tag (guarantee seal) on the rear side of the finger pad.

Customizable with Company logo:

For significant volumes, upon request, Orbit can be marked on the top surface with the customer logo or an inscription in gold, silver or colour, enhancing product differentiation and brand identity.
