A.P.M. Engineering, a Turkish company, has developed a fully automatic linear type cup filling and closing machine for filling a variety of different products into pre-made cups which may be of plastics, aluminium, carton, tin, or glass.

Their filling range extends from liquids to high viscosity, powdery products... The company’s machines cover a lane range between 2 and 10 lanes in standard.  

Thanks to the manufactured systems fixed on the machine on two different moulds (Ø75 and Ø95), A.P.M. Engineering can fill automatically not only two different moulds but also two different cups without making any modification on the machine. 

The basic frame of the machine has a modular construction housing the driving groups and the gear box, which are easily accessible. All product leading parts are made of stainless steel or plastic suitable for food. 

This filling and sealing machines, 75/95-4L-2M-SERVO, cover an output range between 4.000 – 5.000 packs per hour. Output can be changed according to the version and the specifications of the filling material, and according to customer requirements all of the features can be tailored.
