Metalicoplastico present their “Double Wall Closure”, a new product in their catalogue. It is composed of two pieces and has a completely flat surface that gives you the possibility to customize it and achieve a unique packaging for your beauty and personal care products.

This new closure is suitable for all of Metalicoplastico’s thick walled jars (circular or square), including their latest innovations the Lincoln and Shakti jars, both of them in 50ml.

The outer part can be made of plastic SAN, acrylic or PS; the inner part comes in plastic PP and the liner in white foamed PE.

The outer and the inner can be decorated using different effects (metallization, lacquering or varnish). Here are some decoration ideas:

• Metallization of the inner part leaving the outer part transparent.
• Lacquering of the inner part leaving the outer part transparent.
• Varnish on both parts.
• Transparent outer with matt natural coloured finished that creates a transparent soft touch effect.
• White outer with matt coloured finished that creates an opaque soft touch effect.
• Special colours on the outer or inner part.
• Silk screening or printing the inner part and keep outer part transparent for better protection.
