Plastic jars and bottles manufactured for the consumer market are fairly common, but it takes a leading company like Metalicoplastico to innovate and fill a niche.  The company’s new, high volume jars are geared toward a different market - the professional who uses large amounts of product on a daily basis.  Here, we’re thinking of beauty professionals using creams or gels; spa owners or operatives using large volumes of treatments or oils; or even gyms stocking the shelves with powder supplements.  The list of possibilities ranges from pet food to mud masks.

The single-wall jars are sturdy with great barrier properties  and made completely of PP, which is itself fully recyclable.  All of the caps on the large jars are round and indented for stacking safety, which means they’re a snap to stock.

The shininess of the material makes the jars attractive on the shelf, and they offer a HUGE amount of surface space for decorating and advertising.  Metalicoplastico offers a wide range of customization options, including custom colouring, metallization, pearlising, soft-touch, and of course, hot-stamping and silk-screening.

Series 01.16 is available direct from stock in white with a white lid, while series 02.16 feature tamper-evidence, for products that require added security.
