Metalicoplastico, a leading Spanish packaging supplier that produces innovative packaging designs for the cosmetic and personal care sectors, has released a new range of bottles designed for sunscreens and other solar-care products.

The bottles come in a range of shapes (cylindrical, conical or oval) and sizes (from 100ml all the way up to 500ml) and feature flip-top caps with apertures designed to provide easy flow control and adequate dosing.  The bottles can also be fitted with an optional pump complement (available in-house) for after-sun care products.

All in all, with the variety of recipients and complements available, a buyer could create an entire range of solar-care products.  Large capacity bottles with flip-tops for sunscreens, smaller bottles with flip-tops or pumps for facial sunscreens or hair products related to solar care, and bottles with pumps for after-sun treatments or moisturizers.

Realistically, the bottles and complements aren’t limited to sunscreen products, they could also be used for marketing an entire gamut of personal care products: a line of hair-care products including shampoos, conditioners, and hairdressing products or even a line of luxury personal care items, featuring lotions, creams, milks, gels, tonics and whatever else one can find at a spa.

As with all Metalicoplastico products, the new lines can be decorated with a wide variety of customization options, including custom colouring, metallization, pearlising, soft-touch, and of course, industry-standard hot stamping and silk screening.
