New single-dose ampoules in a 7 day package

Neopac has developed a solution to reflect the demands placed on packaging for high-quality cosmetic products: the single-dose tube. It will be shown in the next few days at Cosmoprof 2008 in Bologna, Hall 16, stand C8-D9.

Opening, application, disposal. Single-dose applications are popular with consumers, especially for daily care and intensive treatments.

Due to the Polyfoil® body, the new created single-dose tube offers high barrier properties for sensitive, preservative-free contents. These tubes guarantee a longer shelf life compared to conventional PE / PP packaging. The tamper-evident closures with an internal twist-off pin are easy to open and have no visible rupture points.

It is a hygienic and cosmetic single-dose packaging especially for the use with:

  • Skin cosmetics (special care of impurities, facial and eye care)
  • Cosmeceuticals (anti-aging, regeneration and vitamin treatments)
  • Dental/bleaching treatments
  • The wellness area for fluids, oils, massage and peelings
  • First aid (cremes, gels)
  • Hair and scalp treatments, direct application on the scalp

    • Moreover, Neopac offers a wide variety of decoration options: Metallic effects due to Polyfoil, with complementary offset, silkscreen-print or hot-foil stamping.
