Since partnering with Neopac in 2006, Singi has become the fastest growing producer of ophthalmic products in China, leaving itself well-positioned to become the top producer in the ophthalmic market in the country and setting the stage for the company to eventually export its products globally.

Neopac owns and operates the only tube factory that has the ISO 15378:2006 certificate for the production of primary packaging in a pharmaceutical environment (clean room class D equivalent) as well as an SFDA Registration File (a license of packaging materials for Pharmaceutical field). Neopac first partnered with Singi when they provided their highly-successful Polyfoil tube for the company’s newly developed Atropine Sulfate Eye Gel. The 10mm diameter Polyfoil tube which, to date, is the worldwide smallest of its kind, had a very successful first trial.

Continuing their thriving partnership, in 2008 Neopac helped Sinqi launch the Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel in a 13.5mm Polyfoil® tube, which came complete with a special tamper-evident nozzle.  Most recently, the partners have launched Sinqi’s fourth-generation Fluoroquinolone and Gatifloxacin eye gels in the same tamper-evident Polyfoil® tube.
