The Polydose airless tube, in soft touch

The Polydose airless tube, a formula-protecting airless packaging by Neopac, has recently had a decoration option added that makes it even more attractive to purchasers in the cosmetic and personal care sectors. Here, Cornelia Schmid (Neopac's Marketing Manager) gives her account of her first experience with the soft touch Polydose tube.

When I was handed the first sample of a Polydose airless tube made of soft touch material, I realized it has almost a noble matte quality and feels velvety soft.  To my way of thinking, it can certainly add another dimension to a variety of products, like "moisturizing body cream", "matte foundation" or "baby care products".  I also learned that we can now decorate all tubes as soft touch products, from Ø19mm to Ø50mm, with no restrictions on head style or applicator.

Editor's note:

Neopac's first customer to order the soft touch option was Rausch, a recognized leader in the personal care market. Founded in 1890, the company opted to make its Sensitive Body Lotion available in a soft touch container to enhance consumer perception of the product as one that "gives the impression of velvety soft skin".  Read more about it here.
