Last year Plasticum launched standard closures with the MaxiDose (MD) technology. The market response was excellent and this encouraged Plasticum to extend this valve closure range with a new diameter: 40mm. The new product, MD Food 40-38/400, is also available without valve solution. Several customers in the food industry have already switched over to the new closures.

Consumer convenience and optimised functionality were the key challenges for the development of this dispensing closure with MaxiDose technology, a patented valve technique developed by Plasticum. The MD Food 40-38/400 closure is perfectly suitable for Food applications, such as sauces and dressings. It offers a fully controlled and clean dispense. No drips. No mess. No clogging. An ever clean orifice is guaranteed.

Besides the valve solution, Plasticum also offers a wide range of non valve orifices (6 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm) so for every sauce or dressing the best dispensing solution can be offered. Closures are available in gloss and matt, which enables customers to create the best shelf appearance for their sauces or dressings.

Many European customers, A-brands as well as private labels, adopted Plasticum’s closures for their product lines. And new designs are still being developed.
