This flip-top closure with small self-closing valve has been designed especially for personal care tube applications, such as creams, gels and lotions.

This multi-purpose concept can be used for many different viscosities. The neutral design makes the closure suitable for almost all tube applications, whereas the neck-finish can be customised to specific product or client requirements.

The closure is fitted with the MaxiDose technology, offering consumer convenience and optimised functionality. Consumers experience a fully controlled and accurate dispensing, also at initial dosing. Whatever the content is, an ever clean orifice is guaranteed.

The valve is assembled with the ultrasonic staking technique, which enables Plasticum to assure a cost effective and reliable solution.

MaxiDose technology

Plasticum developed a proprietary silicone self-closing valve solution with a patented technique, allowing for optimum dosing control. The silicone material has a memory function, ensuring long term seal quality as well as the opening/closing mechanism.
