Rieke Packaging Systems, Englass has introduced a stylish new head design for its RS3 and RS5 range of lock-down shippable dispensers, ideal for applications such as personal care, hair care, medical and healthcare.

The new Swan Head features an attractive curved shape that complements a wide variety of bottle designs for maximum on-shelf impact, and along with the existing standard, palm and long reach head versions, will enable customers to match a dispenser precisely to individual product or packaging requirements.

Further options for customisation include an extensive choice of closures to fit a range of bottles and neck finishes, and doses from 1 to 5 ml. In addition, the dispensers can incorporate different valve systems to enable them to handle products of varying consistencies from free-flowing lotions to thicker soaps and creams. They are also suitable for alcohol-based products such as hand sanitizers.

With their choice of designs, doses and valve systems, the RS3 and 5 are ideal for family ranges featuring products with differing characteristics such as shampoos, conditioners, pastes and gels. Effective branding can be achieved with a variety of colour and printing options.

The dispensers are fully shippable in their locked down position to allow easy distribution after filling. A robust construction offers excellent durability for reliable long-term use, while the design features a no-metal contact construction and is fully shower-proof.
