Dispenser helps solve a messy problem
The dosing accuracy and practicality of the RS4 dispenser from Rieke Packaging Systems, Englass has played a valuable role in the introduction of a modern solution for the messy problem of cleaning hands and brushes after painting.
The new ‘Hand and Brush Clean Up’ from Mykal Industries Limited of Wellingborough is an innovative cleansing gel that removes gloss, varnish and emulsion paint from hands, brushes and rollers. Its concentrated formula means that only a small amount is needed to clean both soiled hands and brushes.
The gel is packed in a 500ml PET bottle with a 28mm closure and for easy, controlled dispense Mykal has selected the RS4, which delivers the required 4ml dose in a single pump action.
The RS4 is manufactured in special resins that enable it to withstand all types of aggressive chemicals and features a special flap valve design for the easy handling of viscous products. It is lockable in the down position for shipping and distribution, and can be specified to fit a variety of closure sizes.
“Hand and Brush Clean Up is a very effective product and in most cases one application is enough for all cleaning requirements,” comments Kelvin Wiggett, Sales and Marketing Director of Mykal Industries. “It was therefore essential that we found a packaging solution that was able to accurately control the dispense of the product, while also being robust and durable, and the RS4 fits the bill exactly.”
