The latest dispensers from Rieke Packaging Systems, Englass have been specifically designed to provide the controlled, safe and hygienic dispense of a wide range of hand cleaning products.The company’s RS4 dispenser can handle viscous, aggressive and beaded chemicals and is particularly well suited for industrial hand cleaners including viscous creams and gels. The RS3 range is unique in offering a wide variety of standard formats, enabling customers to match a dispenser precisely to individual product requirements.

The RS4 is manufactured in acetal and features a unique valve design that enables it to handle even the most aggressive beaded chemicals and products containing Delimonene. An easy-to-use operating action delivers an accurate 4ml dose every time and the dispensing pump eliminates the risk of multiple users contaminating the product in the container.

The dispenser’s robust construction offers superior durability for reliable long-term use. A large-lid adaptor is also available, allowing customers to purchase a standard RS4, which can then be fitted to any container lid no matter what size.

The RS3 dispenser is available in a variety of styles of head – standard, swan, palm and an extended version for wall-mounted containers – and with a choice of colours. It is suitable for use with a wide range of closures, features a no-metal contact construction and is shower-proof.

The RS3 can be specified in 1ml, 1.75ml, 2.2ml and 3ml doses and can incorporate different valve systems depending on the product, enabling it to handle a huge variety of consistencies, from free-flowing lotions to highly viscous creams.

Both dispensers are fully shippable in the locked down position to allow easy distribution after filling.
