From your artwork (supplied in Illustrator 8 or Hi-res PDF) they produce an embossing tool which is normally integrated into the main press tooling for the component to be manufactured. In most cases there is no additional unit cost for embossing – simply a one-off charge for the tool.

Although the natural finish of tinplate and particularly aluminium is extremely attractive, both can be further enhanced through the use of colour coats.

Translucent coatings can be extremely effective on aluminium when a metallic colour finish is required. Full decoration is available on both metals providing complete brand identity.
