Product-Design:
You already have an exact idea of what your product should look like and what message it should impart? SHB will go through its extensive standard ranges with you to identify the most suitable packaging. Still not found anything suitable? SHB will gladly convert your own ideas into a 2-D presentation, or even produce an illustration in photographic quality.  They will even include your own label if you wish.
Time frame: approx. 4-5 working days.

Modelling:
Take advantage of their many years' experience of model making. SHB will create a hand-made 3-D wooden model of your future product which will be hardly distinguishable from the (yet to be made) original. This allows you to test the feel and functionality of your product before completion. You'll be surprised!
Time frame: approx. 1-2 weeks.

Toolmaking:
From their large pool of tool and mould makers they will identify the most experienced partner for your product according to your project requirements and urgency. They’ll define the number of cavities on the basis of the anticipated quantities. This means that you won't have to pay for an unnecessarily large tool, and can be more flexible in production.
Time frame: approx. 2-3 months.

Production:
SHB works exclusively with experienced, qualified and reputable manufacturers. SHB will be attending to your project right from the start, and you will know in advance about the difficulties that might arise with a particular design, and will be able to take appropriate measures to deal with these.  Their Quality Assurance team always strives to satisfy even the most stringent requirements. SHB manufactures in various locations in Germany, so an ideal location can always be found with regard to quantity requirements (tool size) and transport costs.  Even in a worst case scenario, their proven modular system allows them to switch production to another location.
Time frame: approx. 6 weeks.
