SR Packaging, a Taiwanese firm manufacturing injection-, extrusion-, and blow-moulded plastic components, has released a new line of foam pumps guaranteed to make splash in the cosmetic and personal care sectors. The new pumps offer a precise 0.5ml dosage, but as a thick and luxurious foam thanks to the pump's ability to aerate more efficiently than comparable products.

The wonderful part of SRP's foam pumps is that the dispenser draws the product from the container and mixes it with air at the dispensing point to enable the foam to emerge without the use of traditional aerosol technology or propellants. That means the product emits no harmful chemicals into the atmosphere and is not subject to the problems normally associated with aerosol dispensing, such as containers that may burst if under extreme temperatures or high atmospheric pressure.

Made of sturdy and attractive PP, the recyclable dispensing heads are an excellent topper for products in the personal care, cosmetic, or household spaces. Currently, the dispensers are available with a neck size of 40/410, meaning they can fit on a vast number of existing bottles or can be incorporated into existing lines without any difficulties. Of course, SRP also offers a number of bottle solutions that are a perfect complement to the foam pump, in case a buyer should require a full solution.
