The new E-series double bottle - elegance in simplicity

The idea of a combo bottle/tube isn't new, but at TKK, the concept has been taken to new levels if you consider the vast range of customization possibilities available.  First, the client can choose from two types of dispensers, either non-aerosol pump spray (which appeals to the eco-friendly crowd) or a straight small dose liquid pump.  Next, the colours - the client can select the colours for the cap, the dispenser ring, the inner tube AND the outer bottle, all of which are mixed in-house according to the client's needs.  The image (right) features light brown injection on the caps and the outer bottles.  Logos can be hot-stamped (the default colours are gold or silver - for custom colours, the company outsources to a supplier) or silkscreened (here the company mixes in-house).

The great thing is that whatever process the client chooses for colour spray painting, it can either be placed on the outside of the outer bottle or the outside of the tube, so the client can choose different depths with shadows to match.  The logo can look like a floating, ethereal-type image if it's far out or can be a protected stamp if it's on the inside.

The bottles are available in a range of sizes (15/30/50/120 ml).  Lead time varies according to the customization options selected, but the whole process is comparatively FAST.
