Weatherchem garners a 2010 Ameristar Award

The Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP) recently awarded Weatherchem with a coveted 2010 Ameristar Award for its LiquiFlapper® dispensing closure on Anderson’s Maple Syrup. The award-winning LiquiFlapper is the first innovative solution of its kind for pourable products. It features a unique dispensing solution that eliminates mess and offers the benefit of controlled dispensing of liquids. The one-piece design has a durable hinge, opens easily, and closes with the LiquiFlapper’s signature audible "snap" that signifies safe reclosure of the package.

Each year, IoPP honors companies that have succeeded in creating innovative packaging that delivers improved efficiency and sustainability. Weatherchem wass honored to receive this award for 2010.
