EDV Packaging protects Heinz baby desserts
This product was launched onto the market at the beginning of 2007
and has been well accepted and proved successful with purchasing decision makers in this market segment.EDV Packaging coextrudes the PS/EVOH/PE multilayer material at its production plant in Barcelona. The material is available in a natural finish as well as in a variety of colours.
The EVOH layer provides excellent protection to Oxygen, gases and aromas and allows the product to be preserved at ambient temperatures with an excellent shelf-life. The structure can withstand thermal treatments such as hot filing and the PE layer offers hermetic sealing, easy opening with a peel off lid and moisture barrier.
