| The trademark BAP® is derived from a unique double induction welding process that Bonds the Aluminium and Plastic of the Bapco Closure system to the container. This unique 3-part system comprises an over-cap, spout and fused foil laminate that each derive their own benefit. The foil membrane provides a full barrier seal, guaranteeing leak-proof packaging and exceptional barrier performance. The strength of the weld enables the foil to act as a vacuum panel, light-weighting the container, freeing design, improving aesthetics and allowing increased size of opening. The spout incorporates an easy open ring pull feature which is also welded to the foil, allowing for low opening forces and ease of grip during removal of the foil, allowing for low opening forces and ease of grip during removal of the foil. The spout can take the form of a traditional thread format, or a simple snap, with integral pour lip design. The over-cap is injection moulded to the same design tolerances as the spout, ensuring a perfect fit every time as both over-cap and neck become part of the same closure solution. |
