Dropper Tip Assembly Package Components:

The James Alexander Corporation dropper tip assembly package offers an economical, convenient delivery system with a wide variety of applications for the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. JAC's dropper tip assembly consists of a sealed glass ampoule or ampoules containing a precisely measured amount of product, a flexible plastic sleeve, and a precision dropper tip.


  • Glass Ampoule - The ampoule composition may be either USP type III soda lime glass or USP type I borosilicate glass.

  • Flexible Plastic Sleeve - The plastic sleeve is a copolymer composition consisting of a mixture of polyethylene and polypropylene.

  • Precision Dropper Tip - The precision dropper tip is composed of polyethylene.

    Packaging Variations Available:

  • A porous polyethylene disk can be located under the applicator tip, which allows for the removal of the saturated tip for application to various surfaces.
  • One or both of the ampoules may contain a powder.

  • The length and the fill volume of the ampoule(s) and the length of the dropper tip assembly itself can be varied.

  • Dropper tip assemblies can be labeled with pressure sensitive labels printed in various colors.
