Award winning Bema to display range at easyFairs
Bema designs and moulds customized plastic products for its industrial customers. They focus on the following markets, paint market with their own packaging line, customized packaging, transport and storage cases with their own modular line of 40 different sizes.Shown are two of Bema recent creations: The WilliamsCup® is a plastic jar for use in care institutions like hospitals, senior citizen’s residences etc. It consists of a jar and a two-component lid. It is easy to use, also by people with physical limitations.
The cup is made of polycarbonate. The lid is made of two parts: a two-component part made of PP and TPE, and a POM closing valve.It is a joint development by Bema and Swilion.
The WilliamsCup® has been awarded the design prize North Sea Pearl 2008.
Also shown is the Dosing can for waterborne car refinishes. This plastic can has a moving bottom and a dosing cap. By pushing the bottom upwards, just like you do with a silicone cartridge, the paint is pressed out through the dosing cap in exactly the quantity you want. This prevents fresh air from entering the can, so the contents don’t dry up or build up a skin. Clotting of dried paint to the traditional dosing lid is history.
