COOPER - Best value spray actuator in the market
Cooper has been designed and developed by Plasticum. Manufactured in one single moulding shot, cooper integrates both the actuator and insert. The favourable cost-quality ratio guarantees a very economical choice.
A special chamber and channel design stimulate the acceleration of particles into a swirling pattern. The exit opening of the button is positioned almost right above the dip tube to gain an optimised control and performance when activating the aerosol. Cooper has been patented by Plasticum.
Compared to the existing one-piece actuators and many two-piece actuators, the spray performance of Cooper shows significant improvements.
JOEY - A soft-touch hygienic solution with enhanced shelf appeal
The Joey-concept incorporates the latest trends in the Personal Care market. A soft-touch actuator offers maximum user-friendliness. The multiple colour option enhances shelf appeal and differentiation. A unique benefit is the fully sealed design, providing a hygienic and watertight solution.
Plasticum used its vast 2-component (2K) moulding experience to develop this product. Joey combines a rigid PP body with a flexible soft-touch TPE actuator component. The product can be modified to fit on every aerosol can.
The initial Joey has been designed without over cap. Plasticum can develop a variety of shapes and designs, also with over cap if requested. Plasticum invites you to come up with your wishes and ideas.
