Saco Ltd was founded in 1985, and is now a market leader in the manufacturer of aluminium caps and shrouds for the cosmetic industry.

They offer component design, in-house tooling, pressing, assembly and a unique anodising service, which in turn guarantees the highest quality to the customer, as they are a one-company process from design to delivery.

Their skilled design team strives to add new designs to their standard range and they have over the years increased their range substantially and have now over 500 standard caps and shrouds giving them one of the largest standard ranges in the world.

Their production capacity continues to expand with thirty plus presses, six assembly machines and a flexible high speed anodising plant, with a capacity in excess of 4 million components per week our factory operates 24 hrs/ 5 days a week.

Saco has also just purchased another factory 75,000 square feet very close to their existing site which gives them considerable scope for the future.
