EuroCosmeticAsia are proud to announce their pouch style airless bottles
In June 2007, EuroCosmeticAsia signed a contract with the world leading brand for pouch style airless systems – Lablabo – to relocate the production of certain ranges to Asia. Therefore, EuroCosmeticAsia will be the exclusively licensed manufacturer and vendor of Lablabo’s airless pouch systems in Asia.
These airless pouch systems are perfectly air-tight (with no spiracle in the bottle) and they can dispense various viscosities ranging from 0 to 100,000 cps such as liquids, creams, gels or paste products (in 360° position). It is a complete airless system made up of a bottle with a soft pouch, a metering pump and an overcap.
These products come with no metal parts in contact with the products (outer spring design), with an automatic priming of the metering pump, no return of air into the product while operating (Airless) and with plenty of possibilities for decoration on its outside surfaces. They are suitable for an easy filling process and it is also possible to select the materials for the pouch.
