Fusion™ Co-Dispensing Valve System is an elegant new single-can system, designed to dispense pre-mixed, pressurized two-part products in a neat, unique way that is familiar and comfortable to consumers.

This patent pending system encompasses a new design utilizing a bag-on-valve inside a bag in can system.

It consists of an eight piece valve system: mounting cup, stem, body, spring, plug, gasket, optional dip tube and a laminated bag.

It can be a multiuse package for any two components that are reactionary since they are mixed at time of actuation just prior to dispensing. It could also be used as a one-time application in those products that “set-up” once mixed like epoxy glues or thick gels. The system is optimized for 1:1 ratio of dispensing and for low viscosity liquids. It may also be customized to accommodate higher viscosities for one or both components.

Filling can be accomplished on existing industry standard equipment. The propellant is filled under the grommet in the base of the can and uses any type of hydrocarbon propellant.

The pressurized platform is familiar to consumers, giving marketers the opportunity to generate trial and build product sales in dual product formulations. It offers consumers a chance to simplify purchasing and the use of two desired products combined.
