This latest order confirms the RS30 as the dispenser of choice for foodservice applications thanks to its robust construction, reliable operation, accurate portion control and secure shippability.

The RS30 features a unique modular design that enables it to handle a huge variety of product types, from free-flowing liquids to products with extremely high viscosities, which can also include small particulates. This flexibility makes it ideal for the various products in the Lesieur range.

The design of the pump features a wide plunger and collar interface to provide a robust finish that offers excellent durability and stability even in the fully up position. A variety of ball and flap valves are available to suit the particular characteristics of different products. The head design has also been created to enable discharge at a variety of angles, including near vertical. The combination of these long life and convenience features makes the pump particularly appropriate for foodservice applications where reliable repeatability is essential.

A unique safety feature is the availability of a tamper-evident collar, the first time this has been made available on this type of pump. The dispenser also offers the highest level of thread engagement in the lock down position (1.5 full turns), which means that the RS30 cannot ‘pop open’ during transit, ensuring safe and secure distribution.

The RS30 offers a dose range of 5 to 30ml. For Lesieur it is delivering an accurate 10ml dose across its range of six sauces and dressings supplied primarily to restaurants and schools.
