This new cap TWIST OFF 82 extends the current range of caps ( NEPTUNE , LYS, METAL available in the same size).

It is in the style of a food cap, there is a specially designed external hole which makes screwing the top closed easier. It has been adapted on the inside to capture the seal.

This new cap has been developed in accordance with the new environmental rules (less reject C02 to produce), its weight is 20 % less, with the same functionality.

LOIRE PLASTIC was founded in 1968 and it has been specialising for 10 years in the design and manufacturing of injected plastic packaging. LPI manufactures standard and specific caps, lids and boxes for the cosmetic, food and D.I.Y. markets. LPI is able to inject small wall and IML boxes.

ACTIPACK was created in 1992 and manufactures Polyethylene Terephtalate (P.E.T) jars and bottles. With a manpower of fifty, up-to-the-minute machinery of 16 injection presses with two-direction blowing in hot cycle, the majority of the machines are fitted with manipulating robots and sealing test devices ensuring the product quality.
