“X-Sure”, the plastic caps by Bormioli Rocco are childproof and have the tamper evident seal respecting the regulations on safe packaging for the sector of home detergents, do-it-yourself, car maintenance, gardening, chemicals and agricultural chemical products.

With the experience acquired on the pharmaceutical market in terms of safety closures, the Plastic Division's “X-Sure” development responds to the needs of the chemical market that requires more user friendly packaging as well as high safety standards.

“X-Sure” is equipped with the childproof system, a mechanism that ensures its resistance to opening by small children. With its tamper evident seal, these caps in plastic are also a guarantee of intact packaging: a glance is all it takes to ascertain whether the bottle has been opened.

The plastic caps are available with tang, liner and reducer and can be applied to bottles with a neck finish diameter of 28 mm.

The pictogram engraved on the top of the cap provides the end user with a clear explanation of how to open and close them. These operations are facilitated by the knurled finish of the plastic caps that make them easier to screw on both in the packaging line and by the end user.

To customize the “X-Sure” cap and highlight the tamper evident seal, you can choose among a wide range of specially developed colors.
