Effective Advertising Support
RPC Cobelplast-Montonate’s innovative high-quality low thickness film, HIPRINT, developed for a wide range of presentational applications, has recently been used for a special advertisement insert for the world-famous Gucci brand in Vogue Magazine.
The film for Vogue is produced in sheets of 100-micron thickness. Key features are its transparency and high gloss finish, and its ability to cope with high-speed offset printing and provide an excellent base for the UV inks normally used in this process.
The film is extruded in three layers including a “Corona” high gloss treatment and an anti-static coating on the base layer.
RPC Cobelplast-Montonate says the use of HIPRINT for the Vogue promotion reflects the excellent quality and appearance of the film and underlines its suitability for all types of advertising and graphics applications.
HIPRINT is available as APET, PETG and GAG based material in different thickness from 100 to 1200 microns and HIPS-based material between 400 and 2500 micron. It can be supplied in sheets or reels.
The film can be used with a variety of printing technologies, notably silk-screen and offset but also rotogravure and flexography.
Other applications for HIPRINT include credit and telephone cards and furniture lamination.
