The flip-top Flapper closure provides dispensing convenience and ensures quality and freshness for the organic and natural sugar products.

The dual-flap closure provides two distinct methods of dispensing: sugar can be poured directly from the container through the dispensing-pour opening, while the other side easily accommodates a spoon for convenient access to the product.

According to Kevin Dick, Distribution Center Plant Manager, Florida Crystals is able to reduce SKU’s by using the 63-485 Flapper on two different packages. “We order and store just one closure for both our 48 oz. jug and 16 oz. canister, which really simplifies the manufacturing production.” He added that Weatherchem has been a good supplier fit as well. “Florida Crystals has relied on Weatherchem as the sole-source supplier of flip-top closures since 1998.
