The custom-moulded 150 ml jar for Gliss Kur Hair Repair retails in a number of European markets. The redesign reflected both Schwarzkopf & Henkel’s desire to maximise on-shelf impact and the need for the packaging to match other products in the Gliss Kur range.

The four-part PP construction consists of the pyramid-shaped outer jar, a base plate, a round screw lid and a shive for added product protection.

Manufactured in a soothing pearlescent colour, the container is decorated using eye-catching iridescent labels on each side of the pyramid, plus an additional label on the base that provides essential product information. RPC Bramlage produced prototypes of the new design to ensure successful labelling on the unusual shape.
