WEBpackaging® has a secure online e-commerce credit card facility for accepting orders for WEBpackaging® subscriptions, supplier membership and advertising.

Making a Purchase

A customer can purchase a WEBpackaging® product from WebPac via the web site www.webpackaging.com or by contacting WebPac by telephone on +44 (0)1403 734317.

Accepted Credit Cards & Currencies

VISA and Matercard are accepted credit cards – final prices are in UK Pounds.

Delivery

User access subscriptions will be activated immediately. Advertising services will be implemented within 10 working days.

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card orders are placed through HSBC Secure ePayments Card Processing.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing the order. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order (and subsequent transactions) is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of that link we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such a link.

Refunds & Cancellation

If the site www.webpackaging.com is unavailable for more than 3 continuous days, applications for refunds in proportion to the downtime will be accepted. Contact WebPac by telephone on + 44(0)1403 7347317. Refunds for cancelled subscriptions (in whole or part) are not available.
