Schauma is a cream for maintaining and nourishing hair, whose formulation rebuilds damaged roots in only two minutes. Available in two product types – dry and brittle hair, and silky hair – Schwarzkopf & Henkel required a packaging format that would indicate the innovative nature of the product.

RPC Bramlage’s jar design, injection blow moulded in PP, features a bulbous shape that enhances the pack’s size impression on-shelf and emphasises the branding area. The jars for the two product types are sleeved by ITW in, respectively, blue and pink, each featuring full-colour photography.

The injection moulded lid is colour matched to the sleeves and pearlised for additional visual impact.

The project highlights RPC Bramlage’s speed to market, with only a short period from initial design to approval of the mould.
