For this reason, Axilone’s plastic division have moved towards heavier, more transparent, more glossy and more resistant plastic materials in order to communicate a luxury image and imitating natural materials such as glass or even crystal.

The new Christian Dior Fragrance for Men confirms this trend. Manufactured by Axilone’s plastic division, the prismatic cap is molded with Surlyn resin, while the inner is made of Polyethylen.

The “CD” logo engraved on the top of the cap contributes to facilitating the “brand expression”. The prismatic cap catches the light and plays up the sweet colour of the fragrance merged with a deep black masculine inner.

The use of “Mold Flow” – computer assisted flow simulation analysis – as the biinjection process have both contributed to the outstanding packaging that combines hi-tech and estheticism..
