Cold Form™ 3000 provides improved formability, a deeper depth of draw, and enhances equipment efficiencies. The product can be used with Alcoa’s Drug-Pak™ and Safety-Pak™ foil blister lidding for optimum barrier integrity.

When a medication reveals instability (weight gain or weight loss with accompanying decreases in active ingredient potency) the product is thought to be reacting to moisture,light, or gas (usually oxygen).

The use of cold form blisters protects a medication from any or all of these environmental reactants.

Tailored solutions are available and the laminate can be enhanced with flexographic or rotogravure printing.
