After consulting the customer for nearly a year, a “eureka” moment was realized when a 5mL glass vial was custom-designed, meeting their needs perfectly. The vial is long and lean, extending capacity, and certainly extending marketability.

Not only was it a challenge finding the right type of container aesthetically, but an applicator with a longer reach was needed.

A 2.5 inch stem was settled upon (in sanitary white, of course), allowing for easy extension of reach to the foot. In addition, a custom Doe’s Foot wiper insert was designed to fit the inner dimension of the vial and manufactured in a special resin to ensure compatibility with the customer’s product.

The ‘wipe’ tip of the applicator was the final piece of the puzzle, and a material was finally chosen for its softness and durability; extending the life of the product, and creating the perfect combination for a product made for feet.
