GRUPO LECHE PASCUAL is one of the biggest milk product producers in Spain. They have in Spain four locations for milk and dairy products and one in France. In Spain, they also run 6 water plants, one plant for liquid pasteurized egg products and one plant dedicated to juices (Palma del Rio, near Sevilla).

In this last plant, the customer has installed in 2006 a new aseptic filling line for a brand new product, ACTIVO plus. ACTIVO plus is a beverage made with orange juice, banana and egg.

For this new challenge, LECHE PASCUAL has decided to go for single-serve format of 200ml PET bottle with the 38mm 3-start closure ref. 3404. Due to the small bottle size but also to the sensitivity of the products used for this new beverage (of which eggs), LECHE PASCUAL had to go for the closure including the oxygen scavenger device thus allowing longer shelf life for their premium quality product.

LECHE PASCUAL is also filling on the same line their new single serve format of the DINAMIC brand, a sensitive product made of oranges and Vitamins.
