An innovative 'chamber dispenser' developed by Capsol Berry Plastics
Capsol Berry Plastics is pleased to announce the addition in its standard range of products of an innovative ‘chamber dispenser’ suitable for powders.The system is composed by two parts: the chamber and the perforation piston.
The chamber locks on standard neck PET bottles and is provided with a tamper evident band at the bottom.
After filling the chamber with the product, the perforation piston is snapped on top of the chamber.
Upon utilization, the consumer needs to remove the tamper evident band on the piston, push the piston down in order to break the chamber bottom and let the powder drop into the bottle, mixing with the liquid.
After the mixing, the consumer then unscrews the container to release the bottle and have access to the product.
The chamber dispenser is made up of only two parts, proving to be economical , easy to use and reliable thanks to the double tamper evidence present on the two parts.
Ideal applications range from pharmaceutical products to para-pharmaceutical, beverage, power drinks, flavoured drinks, and in general for all purposes where the consumer needs to mix upon use two different components.
The chamber dispenser is currently available from a unit tool but industrial tooling in different sizes is under progress.
